PMI 50th Year Celebration / Dinner

Season’s Greetings Chapter Members,

This year Project Management Institute (PMI) is celebrating 50 Years since inception and our local chapter is planning a celebration dinner on Tuesday, December 17^th! This is a party to reflect on our successes and acknowledge our chapter members; those who have volunteered tirelessly and those who are stepping up to lead us into the future.

Please join us at the Sandpiper Restaurant, 750 Lindsay, Idaho Falls starting at 6 p.m. for a social time and hors d’oeuvres.  A delicious dinner from the menu selections below will be served by 7 p.m. followed by a short program from your current board members, giveaways and lots of celebration! 

Dinner selections 1, 2 and 3 will include an Idaho baked potato and Sandpiper’s signature house salad that has shrimp, cashews, scallions and a creamy garlic dressing over romaine lettuce. Non-alcoholic drinks will be provided with all meals.

• Prime Rib 10 oz cut, slow roasted to perfection with special seasonings and creamy horseradish
• Hawaiian Crunch Alaskan Halibut breaded with macadamia nuts, coconut and topped with lime chive butter sauce
• Char-broiled Pacific coast Wild Sockeye Salmon served with delicious lemon dill beurre blanc sauce
• Blackened Chicken Fettuccine in a creamy Alfredo source topped with oven roasted tomatoes and snow peas. House or Caesar salad can be added.
• Vegetarian Penne Pasta including fresh zucchini, squash, tomatoes, mushrooms, bell peppers, broccoli and carrots sautéed with garlic and a pesto tomato sauce. House or Caesar salad can be added.

You won’t want to miss this event!  Seating is limited to ~80, so register now at the following link with your dinner selection. Cost:  PMI members - $15 and non-members $20
