2022 Annual Christmas Party

Please join us for the

Annual Eastern Idaho PMI Christmas Party!

When: Thursday, December 8th at 6:00 p.m.

Where:  Copper Rill Restaurant ~ 415 River Parkway, Idaho Falls

Cost: $20/person

Please RSVP with your menu choice(s) by Thursday, December 1st.

SALMON:  Pan Seared fresh Atlantic Herb Crusted Salmon served with Fire Roasted Tomato Relish and Confetti Orzo.

CHICKEN:  Chicken Wellington stuffed with Mushroom Duxelle wrapped in Puff Pastry and served with Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes.

BEEF:  Flat Iron Steak topped with Mushroom Madeira Wine Sauce and served with Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes.  [Please Specify Steak Preference:  Rare, MR, M, MW, Well]

PORK: Bone In Pork Rib Eye with Shrimp Infused Barbeque Sauce, Apple Wood Bacon and Caramelized Onions. Served with Roasted Garlic Mashed Potato.

Networking and holiday frivolity will commence at 6:00 with dinner service to follow around 6:45. We hope you can join us.
