Please join us for February's chapter meeting. We would like to introduce next months speaker Brandon Van Walraven. Brandon will be speaking on: Leading Without Authority

Brandon Van Walraven is the founder and lead coach/trainer at Peak Leadership, LLC. After 20 years of military service and leadership in the Air Force, Brandon transitioned to a role in the “civilian” world. He quickly learned leaders “out there” did not receive the same kind of training he received in the military. In fact, on average, a person promoted into a leadership position does not receive any leadership training until about 12 years later. Having experienced what it’s like to work for both bad and great leaders, Brandon set out on a mission to help everyone experience the joy of going to work Monday morning and not dreading interactions with their leader. He wants everyone to be excited to see what challenges they will tackle with their leader because their leader is trained in leadership techniques, models, and skills to bring out the best in each of their direct reports.

Dinner is scheduled for Wednesday February 19th at Stockmans Restaurant located in Idaho Falls, they will be serving the Rocky Mountain Burger. The meeting starts at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited.
